Allen Wilson has been selected to speak at the 35thAnnual Construction Law Conference on the topic of efficiently litigating a mid-sized construction case.
After completing a year of service as the 2021-2022 National President for the American Subcontractors Association, Brian begins his final year of service as past-president of the ASA. He will be assisting the current national officers with special projects for the association.
The Construction Law section of the State Bar of Texas leadership elected Brian to serve a two year term as assistant editor of the section’s Construction Law Journal. On conclusion of this two-year term, he will be eligible to serve as the senior journal editor for an additional two years.
