At Shallow Ford Construction, we provide pre-construction services used in planning a construction project before the actual construction begins. Our experience provides us the knowledge necessary in the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting a client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.

During our company’s 44 year history, Shallow Ford Construction has evolved from performing primarily residential type work to a highly competitive non-residential contractor. Shallow Ford Construction estimates, contracts and executes commercial, United States Army Corps of Engineer, industrial, streets and road, landfill and subdivision projects on a sub-contractor or prime contractor basis. A significant amount of our work is with the US Army Corps of Engineers to include both competitive bid and design build. Our work is bonded on a case by case basis, as required. We use current software and technology for our take-offs, estimating and GPS machine control in the field.
