Our company is gifted with an expert staff of estimators, project managers, surveyors and accounting personnel who offer more than 150 combined years of experience in the excavation field. Shallow Ford Construction has moved forward while keeping up with the latest technology in our area of expertise.<\/p>\n

He is a 1976 graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. Bob was employed by the company in 1981 and quickly became president and owner in 1989 growing the company from primarily a residential site-work contractor to a progressive and competitive commercial site-work contractor. Having established numerous quarries and a large fleet of aggregate haul trucks in years past, he carries an extensive knowledge of all that the construction industry demands. Connie’s discernment and intuition play a vital roll in the decision making process at the upper management level. She is a 1980 graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree.
